CREATE YOUR BADGE / RESOURCES ORDER ONLINE

As an experiment we are offering leaders the option to order the badges and a limited number of adult resourses online. This will have the following advantages:

  • You can order your badges and resources at a time that suits you
  • You will know the cost of your order before you send it off
  • Because you know the cost of your order before you send it off, you can use the printout of your order to get a cheque from your group treasurer in advance, making payment easier.
  • You can keep a copy of the print out of your order for your records

Follow the instructions below to generate your order.
Please read ALL of the instructions carefully before you start.

At the end of the process you must PRINT your order and send it with a cheque (paybale to Stroud & Tetbury District Scout Shop) to:

To order online:

  • Visit the sub sections of badge / resources ordering menu option (on the left) to locate the badges / resources you need, you can order badges / resources from more than one section on the same order if you want to.
  • For each item you require enter the number of badges / copies you require and then click 'Add to Cart' - a confirmation window will be displayed, and this will close automatically after about 10 seconds
  • If you want to empty your cart at any time, click the 'Clear Cart' button that appears at the top and bottom of each page
  • When you have completed your order click the 'View Cart' button that appears at the top and bottom of each page
  • The items you have selected will be displayed and the total cost calculated - you can change the quantity of any of the items you have selected at this stage by clicking on the quantity you want to change and then amending it
  • When you are happy with your order .....

IMPORTANT

  • Click the print page button, you will need to send this print out WITH YOUR CHEQUE to the District Scout Shop Manager, Gail Cooke before your order will be sent to you.
  • Then click the e-mail order button and complete your contact details, and then click the submit button to complete the process

Badges will only be sent to leaders who are in the District Directory
